"Questions 67 and 68" is a song written by Robert Lamm for the rock band Chicago (then known as The Chicago Transit Authority)and recorded for their début album The Chicago Transit Authority (1969), with Peter Cetera and Lamm singing lead vocals. The song was the band's "first boss hit-bound single that never was a boss hit-bound single," released in July of that year and peaking at #71 on the Billboard Hot 100. The lyrics include the title phrase only as the last words.
After the band's success with subsequent singles, "Questions 67 and 68" was edited to a more radio-friendly length and re-released in September 1971, with "I'm A Man" as the B-side. The edited single climbed to #24 on the US charts.[1]
Cetera and Lamm recorded Japanese-language vocals for the song in 1971, and the version of the song with those vocals was released as a single in Japan. Columbia Records released the song only as a radio-only promotional 45 rpm single, with the English version on the other side.[2] This recording was released digitally in 1998 on the Japan-only compilation CD The Heart Of Chicago 1967-1971 Volume II Special Edition (green cover), which also contains "Lowdown" sung in Japanese. The group performed the song live with the Japanese lyrics during tours of Japan in 1972, documented on the Live In Japan album, and again in 1995.[3]

Chicago is an American rock band formed in 1967 in Chicago, Illinois. The self-described "rock and roll band with horns" began as a politically charged, sometimes experimental, rock band and later moved to a predominantly softer sound, generating several hit ballads. They had a steady stream of hits throughout the 1970s and 1980s. Second only to The Beach Boys in Billboard singles and albums chart success among American bands, Chicago is one of the longest-running and most successful rock groups in history.[1]
According to Billboard, Chicago was the leading US singles charting group during the 1970s. They have sold over 38 million units in the US, with 22 gold, 18 platinum, and 8 multi-platinum albums.[2][3] Over the course of their career they have had five number-one albums and 21 top-ten singles.

Questions 67 & 68
Can this feeling that we have together
Suddenly exist between
Did this meeting of our minds together
Happen just today, somewhere
I'd like to know,
Can you tell me please don't tell me
It really doesn't matter anyhow
It's just that the thought of us so happy
Appears in my mind, as a beautifully mysterious thing
Was your image in my mind so deeply
Other places fade away
Blocking memories of unhappy hours
Leavin' just a burnin' love
I'd like to know,
Can you tell me please don't tell me
It really doesn't matter anyhow
It's just that the thought of us so happy
Appears in my mind, as a beautifully mysterious thing
Yes it does now baby
Can this lovin' we have found within us
Suddenly exist between
Did we somehow try to make it happen
Was it just a natural thing
I'd like to know,
Can you tell me please don't tell me
It really doesn't matter anyhow
It's just that the thought of us so happy
Appears in my mind, as a beautifully mysterious thing
Yes it does now baby
Questions 67 and 68.
-- song written by Robert Lamm
Love as Beauty. Love as Mystery. Don't try figuring it all out when it works. Chemistry is great when its there. Of course if its not you can always cook something up...
Use your intuition. Follow your bliss. Logic just will not do...
Furthermore, forget about asking so many questions. Bond, be good to one another & jump in the sack as quickly as possible...!
