An attorney for Donald D. Thompson said the former Creek County District Judge will appeal a panel's decision that he must forfeit a portion of his retirement following four felony convictions.
The Oklahoma Public Employees Retirement System Board of Trustees on Thursday accepted an administrative hearing examiner's decision that Thompson had violated the oath of his judicial office when he was convicted.
Thompson served about 20 months in prison after being found guilty in 2006 of four felony counts of indecent exposure for his use of a penis pump while presiding over trials.
